Who is responsible
Narai Iyara Palace (101 Soi Naresuan 24/1, Naresuan Rd, Khao Sam Yot, Mueang Lopburi, Lopburi 15000, Thailand) is the data controller for personal data received through this website. This policy explains what the website collects, what it is used for, and your rights under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (PDPA).
Corporate rate request form
The form collects: organisation / company, contact name, mobile number and, if you fill them in, email, estimated nights per month and date of first stay.
The website does not store these details on a server. When you press send, the hotel's LINE Official Account chat (@865lobug) opens with your details already typed. The hotel receives them only when you press send in the LINE chat yourself. After that the details are kept in the hotel's LINE chat, and LINE's own privacy policy also applies.
We use these details only to reply about room rates and stays for your organisation, based on the consent you give in the form's consent box.
Booking via LINE or phone
Booking buttons open a LINE chat with a message containing your dates, number of guests and the room you chose. The message is sent only when you press send in the chat. We use what you send to handle your booking and stay. Bank details for payment are sent on LINE only.
Website statistics (Google Analytics)
The website loads Google Analytics 4 only after you press “Accept” in the cookie banner. If you press “Reject”, or make no choice, nothing is loaded or sent to Google.
If you accept, Google Analytics 4 collects page views and clicks on the booking, LINE and call buttons, with the device and browser type and approximate location that Google records for every visit, and sets cookies in your browser. Google never receives your name, phone number or the dates you type. Google Signals is turned off. Google Analytics keeps this data for 14 months, then deletes it automatically. We use it only as aggregate statistics to improve the website.
To withdraw or change your consent at any time, press “Cookie settings” below and choose “Reject”: Google Analytics stops and its cookies are removed from this site. Your choice is stored only in your own browser (localStorage).
OpenStreetMap map
The “Location” section shows a map from OpenStreetMap (openstreetmap.org). When the map loads, your browser connects directly to OpenStreetMap's servers, which receive technical data such as your IP address and browser details, under the OpenStreetMap Foundation's privacy policy. The “Get directions” button opens Google Maps only when you press it.
Hosting (Cloudflare)
This website is served by Cloudflare Pages, which processes technical data for every visit, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks, under Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Sharing and how long we keep data
We do not sell your personal data. It passes only through the service providers named above (LINE, Cloudflare, OpenStreetMap, and Google only if you accept).
We keep the details you send for 2 years after your last stay. Accounting and receipt records are kept for the period required by accounting law.
Your rights and how to contact us
You may ask to access, get a copy of, correct, delete or restrict the use of your data, and you may withdraw your consent at any time. Contact the hotel by email at naraiiyara@gmail.com or by phone on 036-686-591.
If you believe we have misused your data, you may complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).
